Yes Sir !!!
" - Good morning... -
HELLO SIR!!! - How
are you today, good?.. - YES SIR!!! " It is amazing to hear an entire class of students saying YES SIR!! all at once in sync to every single question I ask. Training here in India has been a wonderfully experience so far, though entirely different from training in Europe. In good old Romania we struggle every time to get 20 people attending a training. Here, we struggle every time to get no more than 200-300 at the same time!
In Europe, it is hard to get people to shut up and let other participate equally. In India, getting someone to volunteer for any simple task is a tough job. When people sta
nd up in
Europe, they will
instinctively form a circle. Maybe due to too much brainwashing by all
these trainings :)). In India, instinctively they form a tight group,
where everybody tries to be hidden as deep in the group as possible.
Yes, I know I am exaggerating a bit. but it is unfortunately true that
getting an Indian student to step out of the crowd is difficult.
I will quote my good friend Darko, from Macedonia here. While we were discussing with the chairman of a nice college about obtaining a job, Darko sais: "Home, in Macedonia, when I apply for a job, I know that 10 more people will apply for the same job. But Here in India, when you apply for a job, 10000 more people will also apply!". The trouble is that if you hide in the crowd, no recruiter will ever notice you.!

So, if you want a fighting chance, to all the people that I had the chance to meet in Ambala, Rorkee, Dehradun and other places, I deep heartedly tell you to stand out of the crowd, if you want to be OutStanding
See you all back in December! Cheers
