Motto

I believe in people and my mission in life is to make people believe in themselves.

Experience

My name is Teolin Codreanu and I am an international trainer and project manager from Romania. In over 10 years of training and coaching with over 15 different organizations, I have worked with students from more than 50 countries. To date I have delivered 100+ training courses ranging from 3-10 days and taken an active part in projects across the globe, as detailed below. During all these years and projects I developed and used new personal development framework (trianism) based on my own experience.

Studies

In the beginning I went from one university to another because I did not like working that much. That lead a long route across Europe and Asia, studying project management related areas in several universities and institutes in 7 countries: bullet-flags%20(10).pngbullet-flags%20(3).pngbullet-flags%20(4).pngbullet-flags%20(6).pngbullet-flags%20(7).pngbullet-flags%20(5).png
Even after finishing formal studies I could not stop learning, so I added up some topping like trainings, Training of Trainers and applied studies in several other countries: bullet-flags%20(9).pngbullet-flags%20(15).pngbullet-flags%20(2).pngbullet-flags%20(14).pngbullet-flags%20(10).pngbullet-flags%20(11).pngbullet-flags%20(7).png

Projects

Actually I disliked working so much that I decided not to work a single day in my life. Instead, I started doing something I enjoyed: projects about training and training about projects.

These are just a few  examples of the latest projects I was involved in:
